Bespoke Shaker Kitchen in St Albans

Designed specifically for a large extended family, this space was created with versatility and functionality in mind, making it perfect for modern family life.

A standout feature of this kitchen is the large island, designed around a steel post column, which has been carefully incorporated into the flow of the room. The column was painted to blend seamlessly with the cabinetry, giving it a cohesive look. The island includes seating, providing a central hub for casual dining or social gatherings, and practical storage solutions.

For worktops, we used 20mm Fusion White Quartz from Algarve, which offers durability and a sleek finish. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances from AEG, Bora, Blanco, and Quooker, ensuring top performance and convenience for everyday use.

Specially designed features include a dedicated breakfast unit, a spacious larder, and ample storage, all thoughtfully planned to accommodate the needs of a busy family. The kitchen is part of a rear extension, allowing for an open, airy feel that enhances the connection between the indoor space and the garden.

Beautiful Amtico flooring runs through the kitchen and the downstairs, complementing the cabinetry and tying the design together. This incredible project, designed by Shaun, is a true reflection of bespoke craftsmanship tailored to the client's needs while maintaining a refined aesthetic.
