Audus Kitchens was recommended to me by a friend, as I wanted to put in a new kitchen on a buy-to-let flat that I am planning to sell in the near future. I was extremely pleased with the experience from start-to-finish. John gave me great ideas for the design, we talked through the options and agreed something, the end product of which looks spectacular and has received a lot of compliments. Their approach was top-notch professional throughout, with great communication. It's hard to find such good customer service levels as this and I don't hesitate to recommend the company!

Our new kitchen was part of a whole house refurb so we saw the difference in service from company to company. Audus kitchens were extremely professional, courteous and prompt which was important to us, with so much going on, and they were happy to communicate with the other builders to co-ordinate work. Their product is fantastic, the fitting was perfect, and any issues were dealt with very quickly. We also designed a bespoke media wall with Lois who was very patient, after several changing of minds by us! I would not hesitate to recommend them. A little pricey but you get what you pay for! All in all a 5 star service.

We undertook a large renovation project and dealt with a number of suppliers and trade persons. Our dealings with Audus were by far the most positive of the project. From design to ordering to installation and any post installation queries, everything was dealt with in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. Should I need a kitchen in future, I won’t look anywhere else!

Stunning German kitchen with Neff appliances within a mid-range budget and personalised very high levels of service. We started our search around the usual suppliers such as Wicks and Howdens but found nothing special and still surprised by the prices. Through word of mouth we visited Audus and never looked back. The range had a different look to the others and with a much better build quality.

Our initial contact was with John, who listened to what we wanted, gave us time in the showroom and explored the options. His design was very much in line with our expectations and he handled our several updates with ease. We were then handed over to a project managers Chris and Gary and the installation was very carefully checked, measured and coordinated within the programme of our extension which over ran and was accommodated by Audus. The installation was first-rate. Ged worked with a perfect cadence completing on-time but carefully and precisely. The finished kitchen is everything we hoped for. The space, the features, the look, the quality.

Audus have continued the experience with their after sales. We needed a few adjustments and these were attended and sorted out in no time at all by Nick who was a pleasure to have on-site. We highly recommend Audus and have done – our neighbours also had a great experience with them.

We purchased a flat that had a brand new kitchen installed by Audus Kitchens. So whilst we didn't actually purchase the kitchen ourselves, we have been the people using it! The kitchen was fitted excellently, and is beautiful - 2.5 years on and it still looks brand new. In particular, we have been extremely impressed with the after-care at Audus Kitchens.

We have just re-furbished our entire home. As anyone knows the kitchen is the hub of a household. Audus were a delight to deal with from the moment we walked in the door of their showroom to ask about getting a kitchen designed to the time all was finished it was all good. We couldn't rate Audus highly enough as a kitchen company. We researched a huge variety of companies and Audus impressed us more than any, providing our dream kitchen at a reasonable price. The design and help in-store, as well as via (many!) emails, was second-to-none, and John and his team were so accommodating in helping us to achieve our perfect new kitchen. Now that we are living in it, we have no complaints - the quality is fantastic and it still looks as good as new.
