Paul, Nick and Graham - Audus Installation Team

When it comes to kitchens, I’ve always said that the fit it just as important as the design.

A kitchen can look totally beautiful in the catalogue, but if you compromise on installation, not only won’t it look 100%, it won’t function 100% either.

That’s why we created our own dedicated, in-house installation team so many years ago.

And we’re really rather proud of our seven-strong team of fitters.

Each one is exceptional with their hands and they’re presentable, punctual and polite too (how else could we trust them to come into your home?!).

Let me tell you a little bit about three of them.

Persistent Paul

Paul’s been working for us since 2012.

He used to work on commercial projects until a friend offered him a private fitting job and he enjoyed working with the end user so much that he hasn’t stopped doing it since.

Paul’s three top tips for fitting?

“Never give up. Always get the client over the line, even if issues arise. Never stop learning.”

Nice-guy Nick

Nick’s studied carpentry and joinery as a youngster before specialising in fitting. He’s been working at Audus since 2010.

Nick’s three fitting tips?

“Read the manual. Complete all the instructions. Make sure the customer’s happy throughout.”

Genuine Graham

Graham’s the other owner of Audus Kitchens and his story is seriously sweet.

See, when Graham was 16 his mum had her kitchen refitted and he was so inspired by his chats to the fitter that he decided then and there that fitting is what he wanted to do.

And the rest is history! He’s been working at Audus Kitchens for 32 years.

Borne out of all that experience, Graham’s three top fitting tips are:

“Measure twice. Cut once. Always remember you are contributing to someone’s home.”
